24 Apr 2011 An alternative to iphone for me finally
I finally manage to find a cell phone that meet my needs. Since the appearance of iphone, the WM phones at that time seems like just toys for baby. I have not been following the development in the smart phone in detail since my switch to use dual sim card phones. the dual sim card phone seems never been a choice for well known brands. Only until recently I read about the dual sim is a signature of Shanzhai handset and that’s why even Jame Wang of Meizu not considering this feature on his brand. Ah, that why I have so limited choice from Samsung or some Chinese brands only.
It would be easy to convert an iphone to dual sim but this is never a choice as it is overwhelming popularity especially amongst the C9 class make hold an iphone looks stupid instead of geek to me. So, I keep read thru the choice of dual sim phones or phones that could be converted to dual sim with an adapter once a while. Finally, I found that the sony’s latest android incarnation Arc could do the trick. Incidentially, the Arc is equipped with a 8M Emor sensor which should be best in class for now (You could refer to the previous post for some samples).
The conversion to dual sim is rather simple with a cheap dual sim adaptor from taobao and a silicone phone jacket.
